Children's writing: King Abysuss (using onomatopoeia) - by Reyansh

25.05.23

What wonderful onomatopoeia you've added to your writing, Reyansh!  Adding 'whispering' and 'whimpering' soft sounds in the sea make it sound scary, as if something untoward is about to happen. Great choices.

This is wonderful and I wanted to read even more! Thanks for sharing.

Let's read ...

As the whispering, whimpering and bubbling continued underwater,  the breeze knocked on King Abysuss and his coral throne. Frank discovered something inside a cave near the coral throne, and then Frank discovered that King Abysuss was the ruler of the seven seas. Everybody was scared of him because he had an army of piranhas which could kill someone instantly if they disturbed the king.

As the fish zoomed through the sea, Frank decided to go and talk to King Abysuss. Suddenly King Abysuss awoke and sent his piranhas! Could Frank survive?
